In the increasingly buoyant sales market, and with the continued support of local home-owners, we'll need to increase our stock of 'sold' boards this summer!
Having sold a number of properties in Penylan and Roath within a week of coming to market (and one on the same day recently!), vendors are realising that we understand our market well. Armed with all this info, we can match their home to our database of awaiting buyers perfectly.
We also offer vendors advice on how best to present their home, which, when combined with our eye-catching brochures and comprehensive marketing approach, means we’re achieving the best prices for their properties.
This individual and effective service has meant quicker sales – and word seems to be spreading. Our valuation requests have rocketed so far this year, resulting in a vast increase in the number of sales we've seen this year compared to last.
We may be smaller than many of our local competitors – some of which have branches across the UK – but we are mighty! We’re focused on Cardiff and Cardiff only. We enjoy the city and its people, which is why you’ll see us supporting local charities and events, such as Marlborough Primary School’s fete and The Great Roath Bake Off 2014. We also produce our own local magazine called ‘cwtch’. Let’s hope we continue to impress!
