Our Woodville Road branch acts as the hub of all our student lettings activity, while catering for professionals looking to let property in Cardiff too. We also have an Investment Sales Team within the office who help source properties for investors to purchase and develop, and they aid current landlords in selling up when they wish to cash in on their buy-to-let nest egg.
Elsewhere within the branch, our Maintenance and Inspections Team are busy responding to reports from tenants and managing contractor workloads, while also visiting properties for the purpose of check-in, check-out and routine periodic inspections. Their aim is to keep everything running as smoothly as possible for both tenants and landlords, who often pop in for a chat and cup of tea.
