Roath branch

Albany Road in Roath is home to pretty much all of the biggest estate agents in Cardiff, including us. Somebody looking to buy could easily spend an hour browsing all of the different agents' windows, but we'd prefer you to come in and have a chat with our Residential Sales Team.

Also housed here is our Admin and Accounts Team for the lettings side of things, who keep everything ticking over nicely. They handle tenancy signings, the pursuing of any rent arrears, landlord and contractor payments, amongst other things.

About Roath

We're in amongst the hustle and bustle of Roath with our branch prominently located on Albany Road. The shopping streets of Albany Road, Wellfield Road and City Road offer just about everything you could possibly need – and for anything you can't find, it's only a short walk into the city centre. If you walk a few minutes in the opposite direction, you'll find the ever-popular Roath Park. With its sports pitches, lake, gardens and children's play area, it offers something for everyone.

There is a real feel of community spirit in Roath, with events like the Great Roath Bake Off and the Made in Roath Festival taking place each year. It's a great area for families and is ideal for young professionals who work in the city centre. There are lots of students living in Roath too, with Cardiff University just a short walk away, and Cardiff Metropolitan University's Cyncoed campus a few minutes away on a bus.
