The most common thing we hear from new clients is that they don’t receive enough feedback on the condition of their property from their current agent. We conduct regular, periodic inspections of all our managed properties, meaning we avoid any nasty surprises or significant repair costs come the end of the tenancy.

Whether it’s an inexpensive tip like a feature wall or something bigger like an extension, we’re always identifying ways in which landlords can make the most out of their investment and maximise their rental income. When a relatively cheap improvement can raise rent levels by £10-£15 per tenant per month, it’s a no-brainer in our minds.
