Season's Greetings from CPS Homes

2014 has been another successful year for CPS Homes: we've let more properties than ever before, expanded our presence in the sales market, and housed thousands of students for the 2015 academic year. If that wasn't enough, we've also continued to support the local community by sponsoring a number of societies, including the Cardiff University Asian Society, and supporting a variety of exciting events, such as the hugely popular Great Roath Bake-Off and the Cardiff Clicks FFOTO competition.

We’re expecting 2015 to bring with it a wealth of exciting new ventures, and we can’t wait to get stuck into the challenges the new year brings but, for now, we’re going to take a well-deserved Christmas break! Each of our three branches have limited opening hours over the holidays, and we just wanted to inform all of our tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers of these hours in advance of the festive period.

Woodville Road

Our Woodville Road branch in Cathays will be open 9am – 4:30pm on Monday 22nd December and 9am – 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December. The branch will then be closed from Wednesday 24th December to Monday 5th January, when normal office hours will resume.

James Street

Our James Street branch in Cardiff Bay will be open 9am - 4:30pm on Monday 22nd December and 9am - 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December. The branch will then close for the Christmas break from Wednesday 24th December and re-open as normal on Monday 5th January.

Albany Road

Our Albany Road branch in Roath will be open more frequently over the Christmas period. The branch will be open 9am – 4:30pm on both Monday 22nd December and Tuesday 23rd December. We will then close from Wednesday 24th December to Monday 5th January, although we will be open to some extent on the following dates:

  • Monday 29th December - 10am – 2pm
  • Tuesday 30th December - 10am – 2pm
  • Friday 2nd January - 10am – 2pm
  • Saturday 3rd January - 10am – 2pm
