Every landlord has a different reason or different needs when letting a property, so we provide a range of flexible services to suit.
Your rent paid on time every month – guaranteed. We become your tenant and we’ll pay you even if your property is empty.
(We tried to make it 10 but couldn't decide which one to leave out!)
Here at CPS Homes we love to show support for our local community and one way we’re doing that is by collecting donations for Cardiff Foodbank.
Our office in Roath, on Albany Road, is a drop off point and whatever you give, we’ll match with similar items. Everything gets collected directly by the team at the Foodbank who will redistribute it to support local people in need.
If you’d like to make a donation, make sure you check the ‘Give Help’ section on the Cardiff Foodbank website first. Here you can find a list of items they really need, and things they already have plenty of. This changes regularly, so be sure to take a look. It isn’t just food items they need, you can also help by bringing household cleaning products, shampoo and shower gel. Please remember that the food items need to be in-date, long life and non-perishable, so nothing frozen or refrigerated.
Every single donation makes a difference, no matter how small, so if you are able to, please pop in to drop off anything you can spare. We collect year round, but with the holidays fast approaching, we’d love to really boost the amount of donations and make a big difference to those in need this Christmas!
