Strong HMO Demand Continues for 2022-2023 Academic Year

We've let a large number of 3+ bed properties this month, demonstrating there is still strong demand for HMO properties for next academic year.

Student tenants set on living in groups are finding fewer suitable properties left on market to choose from, so those that are available are being snapped up fast. For example, last week we had a landlord come to us with 4 properties (a mixture of 5 & 6 beds) and they all let within 48 hours of listing.

We don’t expect that groups of this size will be looking for much longer, so if you have a HMO still left empty for next year, take advantage of the final rush of student house-hunting before interest inevitably winds down in the next couple of weeks.
