Sat 1st & Sun 2nd Jan: CLOSED

Mon 3rd Jan: 9.30am – 2.30pm
Tues 4th Jan onwards: 9am - 6pm

Albany Road, Roath branch

Mon 20th – Thurs 24th Dec: 9am – 5.30pm
Fri 24th - Tues 28th Dec: CLOSED

Weds 29th Dec – Fri 31st Dec: 10am – 2pm
Sat 1st - Mon 3rd Jan: CLOSED

Tues 4th Jan onwards: 9am – 5.30pm

If you’re a tenant and you have an emergency, don’t forget that you can use our Tenant Emergencies page. On Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, we’ll be progressing any maintenance-related issues that require urgent attention.
