Cardiff Sales Market Update - Spring 2021

"Is it really a good time to sell my house in Cardiff, or should I wait until restrictions fully ease?"

March was another strong month for our sales team

  • Our clients have capitalised on the thriving marketplace - extra exposure from our top quality marketing videos has led to record numbers of offers and higher sale prices
  • We saw 34 sales agreed in March, with double-digit numbers of viewings with hours of going live on most
  • Our top selling areas are currently Cyncoed, Penylan, Canton, Pontcanna, Cathays and Cardiff Bay

These recent success stories showcase just how hot the Cardiff market is at the moment!

  • A property listed on Donald Street sold at £30k over the asking price after we booked 16 viewings within 40 minutes of it going live. In all, it attracted 49 enquiries from ready-to-proceed buyers
  • Owners of a beautiful family home on Hollybush Road were over the moon after it sold with us within just two weeks, after being on the market with another agent for two years!
  • Last week I agreed a sale on Barons Court Road, Penylan, for £30k over the asking the price. A great example of a solid and sensible marketing price that has maximised interest and led to this price being achieved in less than 3 weeks of marketing
