We currently have a growing number of prospective tenants on our books who are eagerly awaiting flats and houses in Cardiff Bay.

Many of our Cardiff Bay properties are letting within a matter of days (sometimes even hours!) so due to the increased demand, we quite simply need more rental properties on our books... 

We want your property!

We would love to hear from you if you have a property you're looking to let in Cardiff Bay or the surrounding areas.

  • We're getting daily enquiries from prospective tenants looking for all types of properties and those of all different sizes 
  • Some are students who are looking to pay more to live in a more premium property, away from the typical student areas
  • Others are young professionals looking to live closer to their offices in a vibrant area of Cardiff
  • All will be fully vetted and referenced by ourselves and are keen for a speedy turnaround having just missed out on some of the properties we've recently let
