Felicity, Anna & Emily: All graduating from uni this year and about to start their first jobs. Looking for a three-bed close to town. Max budget £1,050 per month.
Ben & Catrin: Currently living in the Bay but their landlord is selling up. Want to stay in the same area; ideally Overstone Court / off Dumballs Road. Need to move late June/early July – two bedrooms.
Will, Georgia, Dan & Elaine: They thought they'd rented a student house for next academic year (starting Sept), but the landlord let them down at the last minute. Needs to be a four-bed and will consider Cathays or Roath. £350 each max.
Abbas: A sponsored Saudi student who is looking for something in the city centre or close to, so would consider Cardiff Bay and Roath. One or two bedrooms, max budget of £950 per month. Will pay the entire term upfront.
