Adapt, market creatively and conquer: that's our motto :-)

The month of April saw us let more properties than we've ever done in previous April's, thanks in no small part to our brand-new "move in for £150 each" offer.

Despite the Cardiff lettings market experiencing some well-publicised challenges, we've seen an influx of enquiries since launching the initiative just a few short weeks ago, resulting in many happy landlords and tenants.

Asking for just a £75 agency fee and £75 deposit from each tenant – both considerably less than the norm – we've been the talk of the town (well, city) for weeks now... and long may it continue!

We couldn't have launched the offer without our landlords embracing it, so we'd like to say a big "thank you" to all those who backed our judgement.

Why just a £75 deposit? Well, this covers a typical deposit deduction and is clearly providing enough encouragement to prospective tenants to select our properties ahead of other agents'. Every tenant is, of course, still referenced to the usual high standard.
