CPS Homes now offering a key handover service for self-managing landlords

CPS Homes houses for rentMany self-managing landlords we deal with are based a considerable distance away from their rented property, so whilst they find collecting rent and instructing contractors relatively straight forward, handing over keys to incoming tenants poses a problem. A special trip to Cardiff to pass on the keys in person is often not feasible, and doing it through the post can be troublesome.

For that reason, we're launching a 'key handover service' at a cost of £60 incl. VAT per tenancy, which will see us take receipt of the keys from outgoing tenants and issue them to incoming tenants on their day of move-in. Landlords will need to instruct their tenants to return their keys/fobs to our branch, and we will simply pass on what we receive to the new tenant(s). Please note that this service does not cover parking permits.
