Merry Christmas from CPS Homes!

ChristmasAs another year draws to a close, we once again find ourselves asking the question: where has the year gone? 2017 has been another hugely successful 12 months for CPS Homes; we’ve helped thousands of tenants find their perfect rental accommodation across Cardiff, while hundreds of properties have been bought and sold with our help over the past 12 months. If that wasn’t enough, as Cardiff’s largest student accommodation provider, we’ve housed thousands of students for the next academic year, and we still have hundreds of properties still available.

As Cardiff’s largest estate agent, we pride ourselves on offering only the best advice and service to our customers, and we’re particularly proud of our free property valuation service, along with our 13-point guide to selling your property! We’re looking forward to the challenges 2018 will bring, but before all of that excitement, we believe that the festive season is the perfect time to spend with friends and family, and so we’re amending our opening hours for all three Cardiff branches over the holiday season, giving our fantastic team a well-deserved rest.

On Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd December, all offices will be open between 9:30am and 2pm, before closing for the 23rd, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The offices will re-open between 9:30am and 2pm on the 27th, 28th and 29th before closing again for the 30th, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. All offices will then re-open as normal from the 2nd January 2018.

If you’re a tenant or landlord and suffer a Christmas emergency (they do occasionally happen) over the festive period, our emergency number is 02920 6768585, while our list of emergency contact numbers will also be available if needed.
