Here at CPS Homes letting agents, we've recently had an upsurge in enquiries from groups of students studying at Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cyncoed.

The student groups have budgets of up to £350 per month (excluding bills) and typically look to live within the Roath area due to being on the bus route to Cyncoed, but many student groups are also happy to live in Cathays.
