Annual gas safety certificates just £40 plus VAT

A landlord’s legal obligation

Landlords have a legal responsibility to ensure that every gas appliance is checked annually by a registered Gas Safe engineer, in line with the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998. Breaching these regulations may result in a heavy fine and/or custodial sentence, so it’s vital that the certificate is renewed promptly each year.
