CPS Homes are celebrating a record year in which we've let more student properties than ever before.

Despite having housed close to 3,000 tenants already for summer 2016 and beyond, we're not giving up just yet. We estimate only 8% of students are yet to source next year's Cardiff accommodation, but that's still 8% who need somewhere to live - so we're ready and waiting to find them their ideal home!

As a victim of our own success, we've almost run out of suitable properties. In the past few weeks, there have been many instances where we've had to turn groups away due to having nothing to match their requirements.

We know there are plenty of Cardiff student properties and flats out there that haven't been let yet, and we’d be delighted to take the weight off your mind.
