CPS Homes making waves in the property sales market with Rightmove
As a successful lettings and estate agency with over 10 years' worth of experience letting to professionals, families and students, we have pushed forward our sales side of the business over the last 12 months, and it’s pleasing to see that this push has improved CPS Homes' performance in the Cardiff property sales market.
Our expansion and success in the sales market is particularly noticeable on Rightmove; out of the 87 agents registered on Rightmove for the Cardiff area, CPS Homes is now ranked 3rd in terms of new listings compared to 14th last October and 4th in March. We’re also listed 8th for the number of properties listed on Rightmove. This shows that we’re making waves in the property sales market, ranking ahead of most of our major competitors.
