A little over a year ago we released a mobile-compatible version of our website in preparation for the growing mobile market. In that time we have seen a huge surge in its use, perhaps unsurprisingly given the huge influx of smart phones and unlimited mobile data plans. The mobile site offers a local proximity search, allowing users to search for properties near them based on their current location. www.cpshomes.co.uk/mobile

Comparing our website analytics to the same period last year, we have seen that 4,066 users accessed the site via their phone this year compared to 236 the year before - a massive 1,623% increase!

As recently as last month we launched an online service to all our managed landlords, allowing them to view their monthly rental statements at the click of a button. If you haven’t yet received your login details or wish to enquire about the service, please e-mail us on accounts@cpshomes.co.uk.

We were also the first Cardiff agent to implement the popular Google Street View software, allowing users to view the exterior of a property via our website, giving a virtual walkthrough of the nearby streets and roads.
