Former Rumpoles pub gain planning permission for an iconic building

The former Rumpoles pub on the junction of Moira Terrace and Fitazlan Place has been granted planning permission for the demolition and subsequent erection of a five storey building comprising of twenty-two flats with commercial to the ground floor. This is following the granting of a development for 540 student units on the existing fire station site.

With such a massive facelift to what is evolving into the new entrance into Cardiff City Centre with St David's 2 and the Atrium building this development will create an iconic building on this busy junction.
