CPS Homes joins ALMA

CPS Homes are delighted to announce that we have recently joined the Association of Letting & Management Agents (ALMA) ; a self-regulating organisation that encourages best practice within the lettings industry throughout South Wales. ALMA is a group of letting agents within Cardiff and the surrounding areas who work together to regulate their practices and have a strict entrance criteria to ensure its members are protecting the landlords and tenants they work on behalf of. ALMA are also recognised and supported by Cardiff County Council.

In addition to being members of Landlord Accreditation Wales (LAW) - a Cardiff County Council run scheme - and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) , joining ALMA demonstrates our commitment to setting the standard for letting agents and landlords throughout Cardiff.
