CPS Homes now lists all of its properties through Globrix and Times Online. CPS Homes are committed to giving easy access for potential tenants searching for property, and high profile advertising for landlords advertising through CPS Homes.

Globrix was launched in partnership with News International, and is a property portal for letting agents only.  CPS Homes are proud to be expanding their advertising mediums constantly to give landlords and tenants throughout Cardiff an exemplary service.

Nestoria_CPS_Homes_Advertising

As well as advertising through Globrix, CPS Homes now also list all their properties through Nestoria, Channel 4 Homes, AOL, The Independent and The Telegraph!  Nestoria is an excellent tool for investors and landlords, and has a wealth of information on such as house price trends for both sales and rentals.  It is worth noting that this data only shows asking prices for properties advertised through Nestoria, so doesn’t necessarily show the whole picture, but the nonetheless shows some interesting trends.  With this amount of exposure we are sure that tenants, no matter what medium they use to search for property, CPS Home’s properties will be on that list!
