Pontcanna Office Now Open

CPS Homes are delighted to announce that the new Pontcanna office will be opened on Monday 2nd March 2009, and will be located at 219 Cathedral Road, undoubtedly the most prolific road in Pontcanna.

CPS Homes first brought you the news of the Pontcanna office being launched back in January; this office will be dealing with Canton, Grangetown, Riverside, and Llandaff as well as Pontcanna.

The Pontcanna office was launched to give landlords and tenants a more specalised service with skilled lettings and sales negotiators with excellent local knowledge. It was felt that this level of service that we strive to meet could only be obtained with an office in the heart of the area that we are dealing with.

Along with our Cathays and Cardiff Bay offices, this office will be supported by our head office at Albany Road, which will combine the personal service of this office, with the support of our maintenance and administration team at Albany Road.
