CPS Homes are excited to still be leading the way after eight years of renting student accommodation.
Due to huge demand for our student houses, CPS Homes are currently staying open from 9am to 8pm for student viewings. With multiple letting negotiators out on viewings we are seeing properties, especially the larger student houses being rented extremely quickly and this is written at a time when many students are taking exams or have not returned yet.
Our advice to students now is; book a viewing quickly if you are looking for the 09/10 academic year and when you have your viewing make sure you can decide quickly as it won’t be available tomorrow!
We still require more quality student accommodation of all sizes from landlords – please contact our one of our branches to discuss your needs.
Please note that the last viewing is at 7pm, and the late opening is reserved for student houses. The other branches opening hours remain the same.
