In a year where the Cardiff Bay property sales market has taken a good beating, there is at a silver lining for some.
In the past 6 months Andrew Dillon, CPS Homes Cardiff Bay Branch Manager has noted a definite trend of rental increase in the Cardiff Bay Rental market.
"Flats that were regularly achieving £600 PCM such as Overstone Court in the Isis development are now confidentially and quickly achieving £650 - £675, flats in Century Wharf that were struggling to reach £800 are now comfortably achieving £850, tenants cannot get away with the cheeky offers that were regularly working" - Andrew Dillon.
Andrew believes the Bay rental marketing will continue going from strength to strength in the coming years in light of the world economy and credit crises.
