99% of the lets we’ve agreed in the last 18 months have been done via video. In-person viewings are now allowed, but with tenant demand at an unprecedented level, everything is going within a few hours of us listing properties with professional videos and photography.

In just a couple of months, students will be securing their houses for the 2022-2023 academic year. Avoid any access issues (COVID-related, locked bedrooms or otherwise) by having a video to show interested groups.

How we do it differently and do it well:

  • A dedicated, professionally-trained Media Team who use cutting-edge technology, such as three-axis gimbals, high-end recording equipment and HDR photography.
  • A complete in-house editing suite, allowing us to turn what we capture into industry-leading videos.
