We’re teaming up with Training for Professionals, an authorised training provider of the Rent Smart Wales courses, to deliver comprehensive training days for landlords who require a licence under the new scheme.
Our next training day is on Wednesday 8th June 2016 and will run from 9am until 5pm - although we hope to finish a little earlier! The delightful 29 Park Place will be our host for the day, with a hot main meal, Danish pastries and unlimited Fairtrade Welsh coffee to be enjoyed by all.
We’ll be running a series of Cardiff training days over the next few months - with the limited spaces reserved on a first-come, first-served basis - so if you’re keen to secure your place, please register your interest now. The cost of attending the course will be £70 + VAT (£84).

If you’re a landlord who carries out any form of property letting or management duties, i.e. you do not use a letting agent such as CPS Homes to manage your property, you will need to complete this training before you’re able to get your Rent Smart Wales landlord licence.
Prosecutions will soon be made against landlords who haven’t complied with the new legislation, so ensure you’re covered by completing this training.
