Albany Road in Roath is home to pretty much all of the biggest estate agents in Cardiff, including us.
In case you haven’t realised it yet, Christmas is nearly here, and that means students have gone home to spend some quality time with their families, and the year is coming to an end; and what a year it has been for CPS Homes! In 2015, we managed to surpass the Welsh national average for rent increases, we sponsored a diverse range of student societies and clubs, and we also gave back to the local community through fundraising. If that wasn't enough, we've already housed hundreds of students for the 2016-2017 academic year and have a huge range of beautiful properties still available.
We’re expecting 2016 to be just as successful, and we can’t wait to tackle all of the challenges that next year will bring! However, before all of that excitement, we believe that the festive season is a time to spend with your family and friends, and therefore, we will be amending our opening hours over Christmas to allow our brilliant staff some time off to relax and unwind with some mince pies and mulled wine (or whatever takes their fancy!).
Over the festive season our three Cardiff branches will have limited opening hours, so be sure to make a note of them in your diary:
Our Albany Road office in Roath will be open as usual until Friday 18 December, and then the opening hours will be reduced to 9am - 2pm on Saturday 19 December and 9:30am - 2pm on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 December. The office will then be closed from Wednesday 23 December until Monday 4 January 2016, when normal office hours will resume.
Our Cardiff Bay office on James St will open as usual until Friday 18 December, and then opening hours will be reduced to 9am - 2pm on Saturday 19 December and 9:30am - 2pm on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 December. Like the Albany Road office, the Cardiff Bay office will also be closed from Wednesday 23 December until Monday 4 January 2016, when normal office hours will resume.
Our Woodville Road office in Cathays will be open a little more frequently over the holiday season. Like our other two branches, the office will be open as usual until Friday 18 December, and then office hours will be reduced to 9am - 2pm on Saturday 19 December and 9:30am - 2pm on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 December. The office will then be closed from Wednesday 23 December until Monday 4 January 2016 with the exception of the following dates:
Normal office opening hours will resume on Monday 4 January 2016.
If you’re a tenant or a landlord and need urgent assistance over the festive season, our emergency number is 02920 668585. These emergency contact numbers will also be able to provide you with assistance.
Everyone at CPS Homes would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2016!
