The dedicated CPS Homes Maintenance Team are on-hand at all times of the day and night to respond to any issues you may have at your property. They’ll respond quickly and keep you informed of what’s going on at every step of the process, meaning you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

Our tenants are able to report issues to us over the phone (where they’ll receive emergency contact numbers if calling outside of office hours) or or via our e-mail Please be sure to include photos of the items you’re referring to.
