If you've noticed more and more of our 'sold' boards around Cardiff, you aren't seeing things! We're happy to report that our sales team have enjoyed a fantastic summer. Due to many of our customers kindly recommending CPS Homes to friends, colleagues and family, we're thrilled to have been able to help so many people during their move.

With many of our buyers and sellers juggling careers, family life and the weekly shop (!), life can be hectic, so the fact they feel we ease their stress of moving means a lot to us. Our latest advert is a tribute to a lovely lady who described selling with us as meaning she "finally had time to sit down for a cup of tea". It made us think – shouldn't selling a house be more worry-free?

During the summer, we sold 71% of homes within the first 11 days of marketing. Considering the national average is 65 days, it’s no surprise that vendors were remarkably chuffed with us!

And the cherry on the cake you’re having with that cuppa? Well, we sold 88% of homes at their full asking price – and often at the top prices on the street – which demonstrates that our valuations are both accurate and achievable to prospective buyers, while not undervaluing sellers’ homes.
