CPS Homes house Welsh Assembly members

We are pleased to announce that the National Assembly for Wales has chosen CPS Homes to be an official supplier of residential accommodation to its members. The Assembly’s decision is based on a number of performance indicators, including the efficiency of maintenance services and emergency responses, as well as those of legal agreements and property specifications. The assessment also included visits to a selection of properties to assess their suitability based on strict criteria, such as their environmental impact, security and value for money.

We are delighted that our commitment to constant improvements in our infrastructure has been recognised by the Assembly and look forward to finding new homes for their employees.
