Let Only Service
If you are a more experienced landlord you may wish to handle the day to day running of your property yourself. CPS Homes can still help and will provide the following services:
- a free, full rental evaluation, carried out by an experienced, friendly member of the lettings team
- advertisement of your property in our 2 branches, online and in print
- accompanied viewings
- seek references and/or a financial guarantor for every prospective new tenant
- prepare and sign tenancy agreements for both new and existing tenants
Once the contracts have been signed we will either invoice you for the letting fee (usually 75% of the first months rent plus VAT although minimum charges apply) or deduct it from the monies received from the tenants. Thereafter all of the paperwork will be sent to you for you to start managing your property.
