History of CPS Homes
CPS Homes was founded in 2000 with just 2 people working from our Cathays premises. Over the past 9 years, we have grown to be one of Cardiff's leading lettings and management agencies in both the student and professional market.
As a young vibrant company, CPS Homes are constantly striving to evolve and expand and, as such, we are pleased to introduce our newest branch at 219 Cathedral Road, Pontcanna launched in February 2009, when many businesses were forced to shrink their business during a well publicised recession.
This office is supported by our head office on Albany Road, and our lettings and sales offices in Cathays and Cardiff Bay. With our Albany Road office dealing with of the maintenance, accounts and administration enquiries, landlords and tenants can be assured of an exemplary level of service with specialised members of staff.
With industry leading property management software our staff skills are well supported ensuring automation of many tasks creating an effective workforce, and minimal issues for both our landlords and tenants.
