History
CPS Homes was founded in 2000 with just 2 people working from our Cathays premises. Over the past 8 years, we have grown to be one of Cardiffs leading lettings and management agencies in both the student and professional market.
As a young vibrant company, CPS Homes are constantly striving to evolve and expand and, as such, we are pleased to introduce our newest branch at 18 James St, Cardiff Bay, which opened earlier this year.
With its contemporary interior design and location, we are now in an even better position to carry out our business the sale, management and letting of quality property in Cardiff Bay.
We understand the unique pressures of renting, selling and buying property and are committed to delivering results. Everything we do says something about the type of company we are from the quality of our houses to the enthusiasm of our staff.
We only employ exceptional individuals. Through these quality members of staff we have formed a solid team, enabling us to personally carry out hundreds of property viewings per week.
