Service Options
CPS Homes offer a tenant finder service, a rent collection service and a full management service. All of our services include referencing of prospective tenants, drawing up a suitable tenancy agreement and collecting the first months rent and deposit, also known as a bond.
Our three service types are shown in detail in the table below, which will be given to you on a rental evaluation.
All year round cover
Tenants expect any problems to be sorted quickly and effectively, no matter what time of the day. Your tenants could be anyone from corporate clients to students, but without efficient property management you will end up with disgruntled tenants, longer void periods and escalating maintenance issues. CPS Homes are able to help - with our full management service; we will ensure that property maintenance issues are kept to a minimum and that your tenants will receive the level of care they expect.
Property Maintenance
Through continual contact with our qualified contractors, we will ensure that maintenance costs are kept to a minimum, with your involvement as a landlord being as much, or as little as you choose depending on your circumstances. All work will be agreed with yourself before being undertaken, and you will be provided with a copy of the invoice upon completion for your records.
Periodic Inspections
As part of our full management service we will carry out an accompanied check in inspection (where we will agree the contents of the inventory) bi-annual inspections, and a check out inspection.
