The powers of social media

Every agent advertises on the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla (well, they should!), but at CPS Homes we go the extra mile and push our properties out to the large social media following we've gained over the years.

The results of this have been remarkable, with thousands of local Cardiff residents seeing and engaging with each property we post; attracting viewings and generating offers for a speedy sale or let.

The below property on Hampton Court Road in Penylan was launched through our Facebook page yesterday and within 24 hours it had been seen by 3,560 people, with 354 of those browsing the photos and 173 clicking through to our website to view the full listing.

Throw in the views it's received from Rightmove, Zoopla and our own website and the result has been 9 enquiries to view the house, which will almost certainly lead to a quick sale.

Exploring any and every available avenue to advertise a property has always been an estate agent’s remit, but it’s arguably more important than ever in today's competitive market.

As we always say to our vendors and landlords: "Simple supply and demand dictates that if your property is seen by as many people as possible, you're far more likely to achieve the asking price you desire – and sometimes above it."

Some agents do more to achieve the best price. List your property with us today by calling 02920 454555 or e-mailing sales@cpshomes.co.uk.
