CPS Homes have recently undertaken some development work for some of our managed clients.

We've collated our thoughts into a handy case study for the public to really see what can be done with a property, with the right know how!

The Idea

Having bought the vacant property for £150,000 in 2010, CPS Homes advised the owner that the property had tremendous property redevelopment potential in a densely student occupied area.

Our initial research showed that the property could be redeveloped into an eight-bedroom, mandatory licensable House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO).
