St David's 2 goes on despite credit crunch

Despite the economic downturn, St David's 2 continues as planned, due for completion ready for Christmas trading 2009.

St David's 2 was on display at MAPIC (international market for retail real estate) as the centrepiece of the Capital Shopping Centres' stand. At the end of Sept 08 47% of the floor space was let and a further 13% at an advanced stage.

St David's 2 will boat the largest John Lewis outside of London, 25 cafés & restaurants among many new designer shops, which will be new to Cardiff.
