EPCs for Landlords from October 2008

Landlord and Agents offering property for rent from October 2008 will be required by law to provide prospective tenants with an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for their property.

The EPC will have to be available prior to marketing or viewing the property. A new certificate will not be required every year or even every Tenancy but rather every 10 years.

They are likely to cost an average of £60 depending on the size of your property, but rest assured CPS homes are using our mass buying power to secure the best deal for our Clients.
