  1. If Wales win the Rugby World Cup 2019, CPS Homes will refund the Vendor the selling fee he/she paid in full within 28 days of the tournament ending.
  2. This offer applies to the senior mens' Wales Rugby Union (WRU) national team and their participation in the Rugby World Cup 2019 held in Japan.
  3. This offer applies to all properties listed for sale with CPS Homes between Friday 29th March 2019 and Wales' final Pool Stage match on Sunday 13th October 2019 (NOW EXTENDED TO 3PM SATURDAY 26TH OCTOBER 2019).
  4. The 'date of listing' is determined by the date on which the Vendor (Seller) signs CPS Homes' terms of business.
  5. This offer does not apply to any properties CPS Homes are already listing for sale as at Friday 29th March 2019 or in the 14 days prior.
  6. CPS Homes retains the right to refuse to list a property.
