So that we can sell your property as smoothly and quickly as possible, we need to know as much information as possible. You can request a completely free valuation by one of our dedicated sales team in a number of ways:

- Call in and see us at our sales office at 18 James St, Cardiff Bay or alternatively any of our other branches will arrange an experienced sales negotiator from our James Street branch to visit you for a relaxed chat. We'll introduce you to the sales team who will guide you through every step of your sale.
We'll make an appointment to come and visit you at the property. As well as valuing your home, we'll also take photographs, measure every room and get as much useful information as possible from you.
