Offers

As soon as we receive an offer we will notify you both verbally and in writing. Once you are happy with the price and have agreed to sell, it is important that you agree a date for exchange of contracts, a date for completion and details of any extras included or excluded from the purchase (carpets, kitchen units, appliances etc.).

We are happy to advise you and negotiate on your behalf throughout this process, and will always keep you informed every step of the way.
