Making an Offer

Now you’ve found your new home, and started your mortgage application you are in a position to make an offer. We will put your offer forward to the vendor both verbally and in writing. Should your offer be rejected, we can continue negotiating on your behalf until an offer is accepted.

All offers are subject to signing of contracts. Neither you nor the vendor has any legal obligation until the contract is signed.
