With three busy Cardiff branches and our staff providing the highest level of customer service, we are setting the standards within lettings. As an approved supplier of properties to the Welsh Assembly and members of well-respected industry bodies such as ARLA and ALMA, we are always on the lookout for highly motivated and conscientious individuals to join our team.

Main purpose of role: To assist Customer Care and Property/Branch Managers in carrying out their jobs effectively, whilst at the same time gaining experience.
Day-to-day duties: Data entry, booking inspection appointments, notifying utility companies and the local authority of changes in tenants, filing.

Day-to-day duties: Property inspections – check-ins, mid-tenancy and check-outs, preparing detailed inventories, liaising with contractors and landlords to progress maintenance issues, instructing safety certificates.
