Once you have identified your prospective properties from our accommodation lists or website, CPS Homes will arrange an appointment time for you to visit the property at your convenience.
All of our viewings are by appointment only and you will always be accompanied by a CPS Homes Lettings Negotiator who you can ask any questions or discuss any further requirements with.
We will always provide transport if necessary.
At CPS Homes we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of appointment times, and extend our opening hours to match demand at peak periods. With our four offices, we ensure that viewings are carried out by members of staff with local knowledge, in an office which is located close to the properties you are viewing.
