A Guide to Letting - Contracts
So that we can dedicate the time to you that you deserve, please make sure that you keep your signing appointment. If you are going to be late or need to rearrange, please call us, we’ll be happy to help.
In most cases you will sign an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. You will be given a copy of the tenancy agreement when you reserve the property so that you have time to read it through thoroughly before your appointment.

Once you have signed the Tenancy Agreeement, you are legally bound to that contract and it’s conditions for the entire duration. We strongly advise that you read the contract carefully and ask a CPS Homes representative should you have any queries.
