The Full Management Service

Our flexible property management service is tailored to suit each individual landlord's requirements. You decide how much involvement you want to have and just leave the rest to us.

For a managed property, we will always:

  • carry out a free, full rental evaluation, carried out by an experienced, friendly member of the lettings team
  • extensively advertise your property in our 4 branches, online and in print
  • conduct accompanied viewings
  • seek references and/or a financial guarantor for every prospective new tenant
  • prepare and sign tenancy agreements for both new and existing tenants
  • hold bond deposits in our allocated deposit account
  • carry out a full and detailed inventory at the start of each new tenancy and inspect the property at regular intervals
  • collect your rent, chase any rental arrears and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings for non-payment of rent
  • carry out any repairs/maintenance required up to an agreed sum of money and contact you thereafter.
