Letting Your Property - Management Fees
The standard management fees are 50% of the first months rent plus VAT to set up the letting of the property. Thereafter our fees are just 12% plus VAT per month.
If the tenants wish to continue their tenancy the fee is 25% of the months rent plus VAT
Rent is collected monthly and transferred to you, once the tenant's payment is cleared, less our fees. You will be paid monthly in advance either by cheque sent to your designated address or directly to your bank account. Rental payments to Landlords usually occur between 10th-15th of each month.
