Local Branches
At CPS Homes, we realise the importance of continuity of service, with people you can trust. Your local branch will give you regular feedback from viewings, and any improvements that may be recommended to maximize your investment. Once your property is rented and managed by CPS Homes, all inspections will be carried out by the local branch, ensuring that our staff develop a relationship with the property, the tenants and yourself.
All accounts are centralised from our specialised accounts and maintenance team in our Albany Road branch, which supports our other three lettings branches.
Account Managers
When you instruct CPS Homes to manage your property, you will be allocated a dedicated account manager. Your account manager will be your first port of call for all accounts and maintenance queries, as this account manager will also deal directly with your tenants for maintenance and accounts matters, creating an excellent knowledge of your property and circumstances.
The account managers are located within our head office at Albany Road, and are supported by our accounts, maintenance and technical teams as well as our other three lettings and sales branches in Cardiff.
Expert Advice
At CPS Homes, we only employ exceptional individuals who can bring something new to our organisation as different individuals bring different skills to the business. Any of our branches are able to advise on local market conditions, and many landlords take advantage of our Purchase Advice before investing in new units. All team members at CPS Homes are given a specific role from lettings or sales negotiators to account managers to administrators ensuring that peoples skills are put to the best use.
