Cardiff Bay Future
Mermaid Quay isn’t the only area of the Bay that is being rejuvenated.
Currently, the area next to the A434 leading into Penarth is undergoing huge development.
This area will shortly be housing the International Sports Village., which will be a huge move forward for the rest of the Bay, providing facilities such as an ice rink for local residents.
Projects like this will act as a catalyst for future renovation in the south Bay area.
