Cardiff Pointe open for viewings and signings!
Last year we reported on the new Cardiff Bay development, Cardiff Pointe, a huge construction project aimed at creating a new property hub in Cardiff Bay with nearly 800 homes and opportunities for businesses to set up in the area. The prototype images for the beautiful waterside development have been coming to life over the last few months, as can be seen in a video posted recently on YouTube by Heli Eye Ltd which has been monitoring regularly the progress made in the construction.
Cardiff Pointe is located in the heart of Cardiff's International Sports Village, between Watkiss Way and Ferry Road, with easy access to the city centre and the M4.
4 bedroom show home open to view in Cardiff Pointe
The £200m development has been rising fast and the show home is now open, allowing everyone the chance to get a feel for what the properties will be like once the whole development is completed. The stunning show home – which is one of Cardiff Pointe’s ‘Alabcore’ executive 4 bedroom houses - opened on Valentine’s weekend and received a great response from potential buyers who booked to view the £465k property. The property has been set up for viewings in collaboration with interior design company, Andrew Henry Interiors, who included contemporary and luxurious features, which reflect Cardiff Pointe’s up market, modern vision, in their design. The kitchen has been fitted by Rational Kitchens, and the bathrooms by Porcelanosa who have perfectly complemented Andrew Henry interior’s deluxe feel whilst creating practical and functional kitchen and bathroom spaces.

Help to Buy scheme aiding purchases of Cardiff Pointe properties
Cardiff Pointe properties are available for sale in conjunction with the Welsh Government’s Help to Buy scheme, giving first time buyers and existing home owners the chance to acquire one of the newly built homes with a minimum deposit of 5% of the property’s value, on purchases up to the value of £300k.
The marketing suite is open 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday where staff will be happy to show you around the development and answer any questions you have about purchasing a Cardiff Pointe home. The marketing suite also includes a scaled model of the finished development and has a demonstrative home automation system installed for you to try out.
Purchases have already been made at Cardiff Pointe development
Cardiff Pointe have reported that they have already finalised a sale with a couple who have purchased a penthouse apartment in the development. The couple held a ‘topping out’ ceremony which included the new owners tightening the last bolt of their new penthouse. The opportunity to see their home in the process of construction was a special and exciting experience for the couple who loved witnessing the spectacular views that they will soon be able to see every day from their kitchen window!
